How long does the crypto transfer to your Cryptonow Wallet take?
After successfully converting your voucher into the chosen cryptocurrency, the cryptocurrency will be sent to your Cryptonow Wallet. Due to blockchain technology, it can take up to 90 minutes for the transaction to be confirmed. The wallet balance will only update after the confirmation by the respective blockchain. If there are longer delays, please don't hesitate to contact our Cryptonow support team.
Crypto Transfer to Your Wallet
Once the exchange of your voucher for the selected cryptocurrency is successfully completed, we will promptly send the cryptocurrency to your Cryptonow Wallet. Please note that due to the blockchain technology, the confirmation of the transaction can take between 10 and 90 minutes, depending on the protocol and cryptocurrency. As a result, the updated wallet balance will only become visible after the respective blockchain confirms the transaction.
