How do I activate my digital voucher?
This article describes how to easily activate a Cryptonow digital gift card in just a few minutes. Activation is straightforward, providing quick and secure access to the world of digital currencies.

Before you can activate your Cryptonow voucher card, the first step is to purchase it online from one of our retailers. Once you have your digital voucher card, the fascinating world of cryptocurrencies is open to you. Are you ready to dive into the digital financial revolution? Then let's get started!
Step 1
Enter the respective 6-digit Wallet ID and PIN that you will find in the digital voucher PDF document (highlighted in orange here).
Initiate the activation process at www.cryptonow.ch/go:
Activation Limit: For regulatory reasons, the activation of digital voucher cards is limited to CHF 1000 per day per person. Please contact our support for questions regarding our compliance guidelines.
Step 2
After receiving the Cryptonow mTAN via SMS, please enter it for identification.
Step 3
Now you can exchange the value of the voucher into the respective cryptocurrency at the current Cryptonow reference rate. Please note that the price is subject to market fluctuations. Your balance will be exchanged into cryptocurrency only when you click on "Exchange Now."
Step 4
Once the exchange is successfully completed, your cryptocurrencies will be sent directly to your Cryptonow wallet (in the PDF). This operation is executed immediately but may take from 60 to 90 minutes for the cryptocurrency to be effectively received in your wallet and confirmed by the respective blockchain network.
If, after more than 120 minutes, the balance still shows 0 CHF, contact our Cryptonow support.
